Description | The Perth Park project is a major entertainment and sporting precinct in Western Australia featuring a 12,000-capacity outdoor amphitheatre, a multi-purpose building with function and event spaces, and a multi-use track supporting cycling and an annual motorsport event. The precinct includes two cycling tracks, landscaped parkland with over 600 new trees, public amenities such as walking and cycling paths, playgrounds, barbecue and picnic facilities, and an outdoor community basketball half-court. The project also involves a land swap agreement with Crown to return some parkland to public ownership. |
