Description | India's ONGC Videsh (OVL), a subsidiary of the state-owned Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, is preparing to invest $1.17 billion for the development phase of the Petrobras-operated BM-SEAL-4 block offshore Brazil. The project involves the deployment of the P-87 FPSO, which will produce from blocks BM-SEAL-4, BM-SEAL-4A, and BM-SEAL-11, including the Budiao fields. The P-87 FPSO will have a processing capacity of 120,000 barrels per day of oil and 12 million cubic meters per day of natural gas. The Indian government is currently evaluating OVL's investment proposal, which is under inter-ministerial consideration. |
