Description | The Phase 1 Infrastructure- Waxwing Avenue’ project is a capital project that will extend municipal water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater servicing along a 400-metre section of Waxwing Avenue. The project includes detailed engineering design, site preparation, excavation, and the installation of mainline infrastructure and 52 individual service laterals to accommodate future residential development. Once complete, the project will enable the creation of up to 52 fully serviced building lots, supporting population growth and providing critical capacity for housing development. The project will support housing for approximately 130-180 new residents. |
