Description | This project involves the construction of telecommunication towers and the enhancement of the quality and coverage of the mobile network service in Philippines. This project will bring high-speed 4g and 5g mobile network to the Philippine people. The sponsor company is CREI Phils, newly formed tower company (subsidiary of global telecom services group Two Thirty Three Holdings Group). This project will allow third parties to use the existing telecommunication network of the country. The total project cost is $110.7m, of which CREI Phils will invest $34.2m in equity while $76.5m will be provided by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) through a loan of $28.3m. IFC will also mobilize a syndicated loan for the remaining $48.2m.
