It provides international quality care, including maintenance of medical equipment, facilities management, and non-clinical services such as cleaning, catering, laundry, and security throughout the entire facility. Commercial activities like parking, retail, and food and beverage services are available. The hospital has a separate 150-bed area for private self-paying patients and another dedicated 150-bed area where clinical services are provided free of charge to public patients.
