Phoenix ISR Uranium Mine Construction

under construction

The Phoenix ISR uranium mine project in northern Saskatchewan, Canada, received all regulatory approvals in February 2026, including federal and provincial environmental assessments and construction licenses. Following the final investment decision, site preparation and early works commenced, including tree clearing, installation of construction management facilities, helipad construction, concrete batch plant pad civil works, and aggregate production at a nearby quarry. Civil activities are ongoing, including access roads and future airstrip construction. Full-scale construction is expected to start by the end of Q2 2026, with first uranium production targeted for mid-2028.
