Shareholders to the project company are REE Energy, a subsidiary of Refrigeration Electrical Engineering – 50%, Da Nhim-Ham Thuan-Da Mi Hydro – 20%, Thac Mo Hydro – 20%, Power Engineering Consulting 3 – 10%. Thuan Binh Wind Power (TBW) is the SPV formed for execution of the project. The total amount of equity is $13.50 million. Debt provider is the International finance corporation, with $ 20 million granted to the sponsor of the project for the development of Phu Lac 2 and Loi Hai 2 projects. Debt to equity ratio is 67:33.
