Description | The project involves the financing, construction and operation of a 21-MW wind power plant (Phase 1) located in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone. Ha Long Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company (HALCOM) and Central Region Wind Power Joint Stock Company are invetsing in the project. Phuong Mai 3 (phase 1) has an average generation of more than 70 million kWh per year including 14 turbines by 1.5 MW each will be developed on an area of 120 ha. Total investment in the project is about $45 million.
