Description | Phuong Mai Wind Power JSC was planning the development of the 30 MW Phuong Mai 1 wind farm, in the central province of Binh Dinh, located near Nhon Hoi. The project was to consist of 12 turbines. Initially, construction reportedly started Q2 2011, commissioning expected for Q1 2012. Approved by the Binh Dinh province. The project was expected to be built in two phases, the first phase consisting of 6 turbines (2.5 MW each). The project was reported as having received approval from the province in April 2011. In April 2012, it was reported the project started construction, with commissioning expected for April 2013.
