The project involves the construction of the Pie de Monte Highway between San Pedro de La Paz and Coronel in the Biobío region, Chile.The Pie Monte Route is situated along the Nahuelbuta Mountain Range's periphery, east of Route 160, connecting with the Puente Industrial Road Concession to the north and the Route 160 Concession, Tres Pinos Section – North Access to Coronel to the south. This initiative aims to provide the Biobío Region with an alternative road to alleviate congestion in the urban areas of San Pedro de la Paz and Coronel. The proposed route spans nearly 20 km, featuring two lanes in each direction and incorporating various improvements to enhance traffic flow and safety for motorists, pedestrians, and nearby communities.
