The project involves the disposition and development of an approximately 160,000 sq ft shed space and approximately 55,970 sq ft open space on Pier 11 in Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York City, USA.  The project site is located on Atlantic Basin and is part of a larger parcel owned by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and leased to NYCEDC. It includes Pier 11 and Pier 12, situated generally parallel to and west of Imlay Street, and is located between the Red Hook Container Terminal to the north and Pier 12 to the west. The Site is part of NYCEDC's PortNYC group, which encompasses various marine cargo terminals, rail facilities, cruise terminals, ferry landings, DockNYC sites and aviation facilities.
