Description

The Pilot Reconstruction Project for Azerbaijan aims to finance the first phase of the program for the Resettlement and Reconstruction of the Liberated Areas, which a) facilitates the repatriation of internally displaced persons; b) establishes and strengthens institutions involved in the voluntary resettlement of IDPs, de-mining and the reconstruction of areas affected by the conflict; and c) assists in raising and coordinating support from international donors and nongovernmental organizations to raise the basic standard of living for IDPs.
