The development is situated on a tapped-out gravel quarry and features a central spring-fed pond, well-based irrigation, new roads, sidewalks, infrastructure, and homes with front porches. Sale prices range from $170,000 to $372,000. The project started construction in August 2024, has completed 30 homes, and aims to finish by 2030. It is primarily privately funded by The Manthei Group, with a $490,000 state match from the Employer-Assisted Housing Fund. |
