Description | North America Environmental Tech signed an agreement in Oct 2008 with Harbin Municipal Government to construct the Pingfang Wastewater Treatment Plant with a capacity of 150,000 cubic meters per day in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. The project was procured via competitive bidding. North America Environmental Tech would operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 363 million (US$ 51.93 million), and North America Environmental Tech owns 70% of the project. |
