Description	In September 2005, a Hong Kong based company Dayi Property and Construction Co. Ltd. signed an agreement to build and operate Pingxiang - Hongkou Expressway in Jiangxi Province. The total investment on the 33.668 km road was RMB 16.90 million (US$ 206.35 million). Dayi formed a specific purpose company Dayi Hongping Expressway Development (Jiangxi) Co., Ltd. for this project. The construction of the project commenced in October 2006. The project company will then operate the road for 310 months.
