The need for the project is to replace the deteriorated concrete wet well. Photographs of the deterioration are attached to this PIF. The existing main lift station at the WWTP is a concrete structure. The concrete structure has experienced significant deterioration with exposed aggregate and reinforcing steel being able to be seen in the wet well walls.
