Project PlaNET Social Enterprise 4.0 project aligns seamlessly with the European Union's goals, particularly its Youth Strategy. It aims to foster sustainable socio-economic development and enhance the well-being of youth organizations and individuals across Europe. Moreover, it seeks to extend benefits beyond EU borders by disseminating good practices to non-EU countries. This project builds on past successes, evolving from local to transnational impact and earning recognition from Slovakian authorities for its innovation and cross-sectoral approach. PlaNET SOEN began as a grassroots effort addressing youth unemployment in a disadvantaged region, fostering youth empowerement, enagagement, activism and social enterprise. After 8 years this project expands these efforts across EU regions in six other EU nations, engaging young people with fewer opportunities, youth workers, and schools in entrepreneurship education. Building upon this foundation, the current phase of the project expands EU borders to encompass Albania, Kosovo, and Montenegro. Over the course of the next three years, 5 partner organizations and 6 associated partners will collaborate to implement project activities grounded in the principles of non-formal education. By upscaling existing practices and leveraging partner expertise, the project aims to empower approximately 800 young individuals directly and 3000 indirectly from selected countries. Project activities, both online and offline, include game-based learning and mentorship programs, enhancing engagement and cultivating entrepreneurial capacities. Intellectual outputs such as online training and immediate project impact measurement aim for a broader international impact. Additionally, a robust dissemination strategy, including a web page, conferences and workshops, aims to foster positive public perception and encourage broader participation, amplifying the project's impact and advancing the EU's objectives.
