Description | This project is an expansion of CDC Funding Opportunity Announcement Number HM06-602: Development and Support of a National Public Health Information Infrastructure Cooperative Agreement. The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to develop a collaborative of professional public health communicators and social marketers, of which CDC is part, to benefit both the general public and public health organizations. The Cooperative Agreement will support a highly professional community of practice; build capacity among public health communication professionals; and foster strategic collaboration, communication plans, and activities that engage the general public and improve health nationwide. |
