Description	Surface flooding at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Mount Hope Avenue and the adjacent land areas is a concern with respect to both private and public infrastructure. This project consists of installing custom inlet grates on either side of the low point on Pleasant Street and upsizing the storm sewer from this point to the outlet at the downstream drainage channel. Since the low point on Pleasant Street is not connected to the major drain efficiently, the inlet structures and storm sewer can be sized to convey up to the 100-year return period.
