PM MITRA Park Warangal (Kakatiya Mega Textile Park)

planned

The PM MITRA Park in Warangal, also known as the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, is a textile park spread across 1,327 acres aimed at accelerating the textile revolution in India and creating large-scale employment opportunities, especially for women. It is expected to attract investments of over ₹6,000 crore and generate more than 24,400 jobs across the textile value chain. The park is strategically located near the proposed Nagpur-Vijayawada Greenfield Expressway (NH-163G) and close to NH-163, providing connectivity to railway networks and seaports. Developed at an estimated cost of around ₹1,700 crore, it is India's first fully functional PM MITRA Park, aimed at operationalising the Centre's 5F vision to strengthen the textile value chain and boost exports.
