Description	The Project is to finance the construction of a portion of the SWB i.e. from the junction with the road Podgorica - Cetinje to the junction with the road Podgorica - Podgorica airport (approx 3,6 km) including 160 meters long bridge over the Moraca River and 38 meters long overpass in the vicinity of aluminum smelter (KAP), and is expected to cost approximately EUR 19 million. Once the total length of 6, 6 km SWB is completed it will connect to the existing road Podgorica – border with Bosnia on the Northwest and with the Adriatic highway Podgorica - port of Bar on the Southwest. Portion of the funds will also be used to re-finance the existing loan, which was used to construct a bridge over the River Ribnica ( i.e. Ribnica Bridge, Underpass and Approaching/Connecting Lanes) a key component of the Eastern Bypass.
