Description | This project will provide for the removal of the existing asphalt surface, re-grading of sub-grade, supply and placement of new granulars and asphalt and associated works to bring the level of service of this road back to acceptable standards. Additional upgrades will also be completed for Cove Road to address safety concerns from its deterioration (e.g. collapsing culverts) for this high-traffic road which includes a school bus route, a church, and a public animal pasture. Repairs will also be completed for Noseworthy’s Road to the extent that the remaining surplus funding will allow. |
