The project consists of a redevelopment of the wharf area, in particular by construction of a multiservice reception building, as well as land and maritime facilities The project includes the following: • Construction of a 1,651 m2 reception building including: -A tourist information center, sanitary blocks, Administrative offices and reception desks for different partners; -A multifunctional immersive museum room on history, the site and the riches of the St. Lawrence; • Redevelopment of traffic circuits and parking lots; • Development of a walk on the wharf with trailsand pedestrian walkways. The wharf will be reinforced by a central paving, two sidewalks and lighting suitable for evening use; • Cruising area with sundecks and secondary buildings Including a sanitary block. An area of nautical functions (small garage for repairs and works) will be located near the water. The development of green and recreational areas is also planned; • Demolition and replacement of the infrastructure Marina with work to enlarge the basin to increase the capacity (from 32 to 58 berths, of which 26 exclusively for tourism), upgrading and modernization of facilities electrical equipment, acquisition and installation of equipment required for Wastewater, black water and oil services
