Description | The Pointe-Noire–Loutété–Maloukou-Tréchot oil pipeline is a planned energy infrastructure project between Russia and the Republic of Congo. The pipeline is set to start construction by late 2025 and is expected to be commissioned in 2029. Russia will hold a 90% stake in the project, with Congo holding the remaining 10%. The project will be implemented by Zakneftegazstroy-Prometey LLC and the National Petroleum Company of the Congo, with Russia operating the pipeline for 25 years under a BOOT joint venture. |
