Monroe Street between 4th and 6th Avenue will change from one-way to two-way traffic to allow access to the Frank Carlson Federal Building and parking garage. The Thacher Building’s south parking lot can be accessed from 4th Street or Quincy Street. The on-ramp to eastbound Interstate 70 will be closed starting May 19, 2026. These changes will remain in place for several months while 4th Street is being reconstructed. |
