Description	The project entails the development of the 132.5 MW solar PV plant located in Cadiz, Negros, Philippines by Helios Solar Energy Holdings Inc- Equis Fund Group (Sponsor). The total project cost of USD $119 million is financed with debt to equity ratio of 60:40. Financing comprises a USD $80 million 12-Year Loan provided by RCBC Capital Corporationa and USD $39 million of equity provided by the sponsor. Rizal Commerical Banking Corporation is acting as financial adviser to the lender, DNV GL is acting as technical adviser to the sponsor, Mott MacDonald is acting as Technical adviser to the Lender to conduct due diligence, construction monitoring and operation monitoring. The Project is now under construction with COD expected to occur in March 2016.
