Description | Project consists of replacing 145m of asbestos cement (AC) water and sewer system which will provide direct improvement of services to nine residential properties and indirectly improve services to an additional five residential properties as well as one regional curling rink. The project will provide improved services and eliminate the problem of life safety issues related to working with the AC pipe. It will also alleviate future water line leaks and sewer line blockages. The existing driving surface will be replaced during construction, given that it has been subjected to multiple tears ups during past water and sewer maintenance activities. |
