Pomerode City Water and Sewage Service Expansion

This project involves the concession for the water and sewage services in the municipality of Pomerode, state of Santa Catarina, Brazil. The sponsor of this initiative is Pomerwasser Ambiental, composed of Engeform Concessões e Investimentos, Encalso, Hydrosistem, Senha and Habitasul, signed a concession agreement for a 35-year period on the 30th of June, 2023. The project works aim at expanding the water and sewage services coverage over a 100% of the inhabitants of the municipality - a total of 35 thousand inhabitants. Currently the municipal water and sewage services cover 93% of the population with a total of 225km of distribution network, 5 reservoirs, where the sewage treatment system covers only 2% of the population. The total project cost is $30.4m (R$150m), of which a $14.29m (R$70m) were secured with a debenture emission by the sponsor, while $12.4 (R$61m) were provided with a grant.
