Description
Description | The objective of this construction project is to upgrade the outdated "dry pond" stormwater management facility that currently only provides quantity control, to a "wet pond" facility that will add water quality and erosion control to stormwater, and thereby improve the aquatic habitat in the receiving river. This construction project will involve enlarging the storage basin for the pond and reconstructing the outlet facility to control flows as designed. Additional work includes landscaping treatments and soil management (disposal from excavation of the pond) identified in the Environmental Assessment. |
