Port au Bras - Water System Improvements

Project consists of improvements made to the Port au Bras chlorination treatment system in the town of Burin. The scope of this project includes the supply and commissioning of a new full disinfection system, the installation and commissioning of a new fully functional booster pump system, full mechanical and electrical works will be provided for both, a dive inspection of the existing intake screen shall be completed and a full SCADA connection network to both the chlorination system and booster pump system. Building repairs are also included to both buildings. The project aims to improve the water quality coming from the Port au Bras treatment facility throughout the Town of Burin. The project will provide an upgraded water chlorination system for Port au Bras to ensure safe drinking water for the town and reduce required maintenance from town forces.
