completed

The project will renovate the Port McNicoll fire hall in Tay, Ontario. The work will involve adding a ventilated bunker gear room, a barrier-free washroom and two shower rooms with lockers. The training room will be expanded, the kitchen facilities relocated, a new mechanical room will house the furnace, water heater and electrical panel, and a new office space will be created. A new HVAC system will also be installed to add air conditioning along with a high-efficiency furnace to replace existing electrical baseboard heaters.
