Description	The project entails the construction of a new 800,000 TEUs deepwater, multi-purpose port terminal that will be located in Guayaquil, Ecuador. SPV is DP World Posorja, a wholly owned subsidiary of DP World. Financing of the project is secured by consortium of three development banks Proparco ($ 50 million), IDB Invest ($ 247 million) DEG ($ 30 million) and Chinese Fund for the Cofinancing of the Americas ($ 50 million) managed by IDB Invest . The three banks provided $ 125.67 million each for the construction of the facility. The concession period of the project is 50 years.
