Description	The project entails the rehabilitation and operation of the Port of Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, on behalf of the Federal Government of Somalia. Concessioner is Albayrak Group from Turkey. The agreement covers the continuation of the Port's exclusive terminal operations and marine services by Albayrak under a revised revenue share arrangement, a five-year, $50 million rehabilitation and investment program, the implementation of a terminal operating system to increase efficiency and speed and compliance with international safety standards to increase the attractiveness of the port. The concession agreement was announced on October 8th, 2020.
