Description	This project involves the expand-manage-operate-maintain concession of the Port of Santos, located in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The state-owned company The Santos Port Authority (SPA) signed the concession with the project sponsor - consortium "Fips" comprised of Ferrovia Centro Atlantica (VLI), MRS Logistica, and Rumo Logistica. The three companies will operate and manage the internal rail infrastructure of the Port of Santos for 35 years. Project works include the construction of rail yard between Canal 4 and Ponta da Praia, construction of viaducts, pedestrian walkways, rail balloon loop, footbridges in Canal 4 - Ponta da Praia and Outeirinhos area. The total amount of the investment is $188m (R$891m).
