The project involves the design, construction, financing, implementation, operation, management (technical, administrative and financial) and major maintenance renewal of the project of extension of the port. The concessionaire will be remunerated by means of fees collected from users.The concession will be for a maximum duration of 25 years.The concessionaire will have to ensure the realization of the principal investments allowing the extension and the protection of the body of water as well as the creation of new medians and the development of the terrestrial spaces for the corresponding nautical activities (dry port, technical zone, refueling, etc.) and the needs of port users (services, shops, parking lots, pathways, etc.). It will have to take care of all the administrative authorizations related to the project and, if necessary, request the transfer of the existing administrative authorizations to its benefit while taking over all or part of the obligations of the municipality.The capacity of the port will increase from 350 to 1097 places.
