Description

Description

This project covers the combination of 3 national Centres: Euroguidance, Europass and EQF. The Work Package of each Centre combines activities to support the implementation, development, dissemination and outreach on EU tools and services that create the conditions for learning opportunities, mobility, lifelong learning and employability. Considering the experience of the 3 national Centers the current project aims to gather different expertise in order to strengthen already existing synergies but also to add a clearer focus and effort in collaborative work with Europass, EQF and Euroguidance partners. By combining these synergies, this project is based on a cross-sectoral approach, involving all target groups, expanding access and considering the value of good information to support good decisions and strengthen practices. Based on the EU priorities (it will complement other actions of the European Skills Agenda, such as the Pact of Skills and more and better skills intelligence) and national priorities, this project aims to: contribute to the European and national priorities as the increase of the digital skills to young people and adults, the increase of the inclusion and diversity through the participation of people with few opportunities and raise awareness about environmental issues; increase support in developing skills that facilitate citizens' employability; establish a cooperation with European tools in recognition of skills and qualifications, making the transparency instruments more effective; widen access to quality guidance services; ensure the provision of quality services to citizens and organisations and strengthen networking in a perspective of sustainability and cooperation with partners at national and European level. The proposal intends to generate a wide range of short, medium and long-term benefits, addressed to the target groups of the project, as well as in the organizations that coordinate the work developed by each of the 3 networks.
