Portuguese Joint Application: Europass/Euroguidance/EQF

This project covers the combination of three National Coordination Points (NCPs), Euroguidance, Europass and EQF. Therefore, it is submitted in a Consortium format. The strategy on which the application was designed is based on the common identified needs. As a result, the action plan was created, with sufficient activities, both in quantity and quality, capable of producing significant results and relevant and lasting impacts on its target groups. The action plan gathers activities that will support the development, implementation, dissemination and outreach of tools and services, able to create opportunities for learning, mobility, lifelong learning, and employability. Based on a cross-sectoral approach, this proposal assembles different types of expertise, towards strengthening synergies and boosting collaborative work, between the Europass, EQF and Euroguidance. By combining these synergies, the project expects to involve all target groups, expand knowledge, facilitate access, support good decisions, and strengthen good practices. Designed in accordance with national and European priorities, this project fosters: - to increase the digital skills of young people and adults; - to increase inclusion and diversity through the participation of people with fewer opportunities; - to raise awareness about environmental issues; - to increase support to citizens' employability; - to increase the cooperation between the recognition of skills and qualifications European tools; - to widen access to quality guidance services; - to provide quality services for citizens and organisations; - to strengthen the cooperation between relevant partners both at national and European level. The present proposal intends to generate a wide range of benefits on different target groups, individuals and organizations, as well as on each of the three NCPs involved.
