Description	The project envisages the construction and operation of a 300-MW solar PV plant located in the city of Zacatecas, San Luis de Potosi state. FRV is sponsor and project developer. Potosí Solar Farm was awarded to FRV in September 2016, in the second auction held by Mexican regulator Cenace. The project also received a long-term offtake agreement with state-owned Mexican utility Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE). PPA was awarded in March 2017. Three banks acted as joint lead arrangers and providers of equal shares of the loan: Bancomext – Mexico, ING Bank – Netherlands and KfW IPEX-Bank – Germany. Total debt financing equals $209 million.
