This will largely be accomplished by expanding the existing hdryoplant in Trafalgar and building a new one at Laudat. The project will also include expansion and improvements to the transmission and distribution facilities; the acquisition of equipment, tools and vehicles for operation and maintenance; training and technical assistance; expansion planning studies and a feasibility study for a dispatch center; and, engineering services for project implementation. |
