Description | Eurostat is in charge of the annual calculation and dissemination of Purchasing Power Parities (PPPs) for the European countries. These include all EU Member States, 3 EFTA Member States (Iceland, Norway and Switzerland), 6 EU candidate countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, The Republic of North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Turkey). The target group of this call for proposals is the National Statistical Institutes of EU Member States, Iceland and Norway. The overall purpose of the Eurostat/OECD Purchasing Power Parities (PPP) programme is to provide users with high quality PPPs and related economic indicators. To achieve this aim the beneficiary shall fulfil the specific tasks under Objectives A to F. Additional tasks under Objective G are to be conducted only if included in the application. |
