PRACTYCEIV project proposal is aimed at implementing the Erasmus for Young entrepreneurs programme with a European Partnership of Intermediary Organisations approved in the frame of a FPA. PRACTYCEIV partners expect to enhance entrepreneurship and micro and small enterprises competitiveness over Europe thanks to cross-border relationships between new entrepreneurs and host entrepreneurs. PRACTYCEIV will provide newly established or aspiring motivated entrepreneurs with an on-the-job training in another European country to develop and better their business perspectives within an international framework. The EP will thus also engage a similar number of high quality and experienced Host Entrepreneurs to shadow the NEs in their project and share experience and information about business creation. Together, they will enrich their respective business with new ideas, innovation, creativity and the development of new collaborations. PRACTYCEIV will encourage long term cooperation between the participating entrepreneurs, thanks to follow-up and networking activities. PRACTYCEIV EP is composed by 10 partners from 9 European countries for a large geographical coverage representative of the European diversity. All the organisations involved have a wide access to New and Host entrepreneurs, and have among their main mission the assessment of entrepreneurs in their start-up / business projects. This experience will allow them to ensure quantitative and qualitative performance of project activities. PRACTYCEIV is a following action of PRACTYCE, PRACTYCEII and PRACTYCEIII. It counts with half experienced IOs. Repeating IOs already count with demand and expectation from entrepreneurs in their area. This will allow them to focus on the high quality of the RLTs to be created for a greater impact of the action. Their work as IO will focus on promotional activities, quality RLT building and close follow-up, as well as a permanent control and management for the best use of funding.
