“Pralinka” is a heartwarming game about restoring your old family praline shop that is set in the real world with all of it's complexities and challenges. In this narrative adventure combined with economy simulation you play as a young adult woman who embarks on a journey of self-discovery and decides to renew an old family praline shop in a small town in the Czech borderlands. In Pralinka, you'll not only cook sweets and forge bonds with your neighbors and customers, but also face the modern socio-economic challenges, while uncovering your family's untold history in a place, where traditions and contemporary lifestyle meet. Pralinka combines a crafting system, a strong narrative spanning the last hundred years of Czech history - capturing the war and post-war times, the authoritarian communist regime and the capitalist transformation in early 90's. Pralinka tells a story about four generations of women in a changing society as well as the rediscovering of one's own queer heritage, set against the backdrop of a young woman's dream to create the best looking and tasting pralines.
