The vision of the project was to implement a holistic & integrated video surveillance system and an Intelligent Traffic Management system for the city that catered to the Kumbh Mela requirements. Additionally, the project scope included smart elements such as Solid Waste Management System, Emergency Call Boxes, Smart Parking, Transit Management System, Environmental Sensors, Variable Message Display boards and e-challan system. These smart elements were deployed at strategic locations across the city to improve the quality of life of citizens. A state-of-the-art ICCC collates information and is a holistic platform with the potential to accommodate all the future needs through integration of various citizen centric solutions. Helps in data analysis for quicker decision-making, preparation for exigencies, coordination for response management and enhance the ongoing efficiency of city operations.  Furthermore, the ICCC helps in predictive analysis to anticipate the challenges and minimize the impact of disruptions.
