In the preliminary study, the project will create contacts with strategic partners in a consortium and jointly examine whether there is a need for the development of a new main project application with the theme Cultural Heritage as a resource in urban and site development. Some activities have been tested within the Interreg project Traditional Crafts and Sustainable Construction where they have resulted in an increased understanding of cultural heritage as a resource in urban and site development and increased knowledge of the area. The project will further develop and share experiences across the border around the best practices previously, such as By- og bygdelab, conferences, village folding seminars, corporate networks and educational materials in various forms. This needs to be packaged well together to get to action and collectively gather forces. Activities: — Work out a consortium — Hold a joint Norwegian-Swedish workshop for anchoring and developing content in the main project application — Working out a main project application A consortium a collection of strategic partners who, with their competencies, provide a solid foundation for running a successful project. In this case, the project organisations are working to include: — Museums that have expertise in cultural heritage, cultural heritage, its values and the preservation of it — Municipalities/destinations that want to develop themselves by lifting cultural environments/cultural heritage — Archives that have historical source material that can be used in storytelling — Assemblies/dioces that want to promote churches as a travel reason — Small entrepreneurs interested or active in cultural heritage/environmental work — Research partners on both sides of the branch possessing R & D-Kompetanse for disappointmentarbeidet in the prosjektet.
