This is a design only project. This project is to complete the preliminary design of a future construction project that will include rehabilitation of the existing combined sewer (750mm) within Florence from Kent Street to Bank Street. The extent of the design also includes rehabilitating the existing watermain (203mm) in McLeod Street from Bronson Avenue to Bay Street and the combined sewer (900/1050mm) in McLeod Street from Bronson Avenue to Lyon Avenue. The extent of the design also includes the full road reconstruction including curbs and sidewalks as required and trench reinstatement with resurfacing will be implemented where feasible. The scope of design work for McLeod Street from Kent Street to Bank Street will be limited to road resurfacing. The design will determine the exact requirements.
