This project consists of the partial renovation of the Historic train depot in downtown Fitzgerald while maintaining it's Historic preservation now and in future phases of renovation. Renovations in this project phase will be limited to the first floor including a conrete slab for foundation, interior wall and ceiling reconstruction, new electrical and plumbing services, and painting of buildings
