The original Program for Results (PforR) focuses on three results areas: (a) Result area 1: Integrating sustainable quality improvement mechanisms into service delivery; (b) Result area 2: Strengthening strategic purchasing for the quality of care; and (c) Result area 3: Strengthening health sector stewardship and governance for quality improvement. The proposed additional financing (AF) will be processed as a new IPF component to the PforR and is expected to improve implementation performance by providing required technical assistance (TA) and additional goods essential to achieve the Program's development objectives. The AF will be reflected under Component 2 of the Program, which will have two sub-components. The first subcomponent 2.1 will finance goods and services, and the second subcomponent 2.2 will finance TA to support the achievement of program results.
