The pipeline was initially proposed by TC Energy to supply the Petronas-backed Pacific NorthWest LNG project and was later sold to the Nisga'a Nation and Western LNG. The project is seeking a pipeline partner and an experienced operator to build and run the pipeline as the LNG project prospects improve due to global geopolitical tensions. |
