It aims to supply the future Ksi Lisims LNG facility, which is undergoing environmental review. The project received approval from B.C.’s environmental regulator to proceed with further construction, extending an environmental assessment certificate from 2014. The pipeline could cost between $10 billion and $12 billion to construct.
