The specific objectives are: Strategic management and organization: Modernize the organizational structure, the management model and the administrative procedures, besides increasing the planning of fiscal activities based on economic and fiscal studies; Inter-institutional cooperation: Share and exchange information and increase the integration with fiscal administrations of other governments; Tax administration: increase the State's tax revenue and provide high quality service to taxpayers; Finance and patrimonial administration: improve the effectiveness and quality of public expenditure; Transparency and communication: Improve the transparency, the ethics, and the high standards of the Fiscal Administration; Technology management: Improve the information, management and control systems, as well as the service support systems; Human resources management: professionalize the Fiscal Administration through high level training of its civil servants.
